To make your visa appointment online, please follow the following simple procedure:

• Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day and time.
• Fill out the registration form and click submit.
• Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your appointment. Click this link within 6 hours, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.

• You can make only one appointment for the same trip.
• You can make appointments maximum three months in advance.
• The validity of your passport must exceed three months after the end of your planned trip, otherwise you can't make an appointment (also not by phone).
• Your confirmation e-mail has a link to our website, where you can find all the specific requirements for your visa-type and the important details.

• Send an e-mail to consulate.kev@kum.hu in which you mention your name, passport number, date of travel and time of appointment.
• After receiving a reply that your appointment was cancelled, you can make a new one.

To book an appoinment for a group please telephone the Visa Department of the Embassy on weekdays +38044 2386430 between 09:00-12:30 or 13:30-15:30. Online booking system is only meant for individual travellers!
